Tucked away on the other side of the little red door on the corner of Rue Charlot is the best known Frenchie bar in the cocktail arena. Since 2022, the cocktail list has featured minimalist offerings revolving around raw ingredients sourced directly from small French producers. The results are surprising but also admirable.
