This new-style bistro is where Ludovic Dubois and Judith Cercós put a skilful fusion of French and Catalan influences into their food. Their wine list illustrates this dual culture, offering an array of bottlings that ranges from French Champagne to Spanish Cava, via Alsace and Rioja.
