Huîtres et Saumons de Passy

The ideal restaurant to get an iodine fix, Huîtres et Saumons focuses on revisited iterations of northern flavours and seafood classics. The oysters and smoked salmon are shipped directly from Marennes-Oléron and Cap-Ferret. To go with them, sommelier Guillaume Dablay spotlights heirloom grape varieties, winegrower Champagnes and living wines.
